Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data CustomScreenProtectors.com collects, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and equivalent international data protection law.

Data we collect

  • Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL. Held for 30 days for security and operational purposes.
  • Analytics: we use a privacy-focused analytics service to understand which pages are popular. No personal identifiers stored.
  • Quote enquiries: when you email us, we hold the contents of your enquiry and our reply for as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship.
  • B2B contact details: for active business clients, we hold standard B2B contact information (name, email, phone, company, postal address) for billing, fulfilment, and ongoing supply purposes.

How we use the data

Quote-stage and active-client data is used solely for the purpose of supplying you with screen protectors and managing the supplier relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share B2B contact data with third parties.

Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies for site functionality. The "consumer redirect" link to our retail brand carries an Amazon affiliate tracker (screenprote07-21) — when you click that link, Amazon places its own cookie. See the consumer page for context.

Third parties

For active client orders, we share necessary details (delivery address, contact name) with shipping carriers and customs brokers. For the consumer affiliate redirect, you leave our site and become subject to Amazon's privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal data we hold. Email hello@customscreenprotectors.com to exercise these rights. We respond within the statutory time limits (one month for most requests).

International data transfers

Some of our production partners are located in East Asia, and we transfer minimal client identifiers (typically just delivery address and contact name) to those partners as required for fulfilment. All transfers are made under standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Last updated: 7 May 2026.
