Cut to size
screen protectors.

Screen protectors cut to any size, for almost any display. Whether you need a one-off for an unusual screen or a repeat order for equipment across your business, we cut to your dimensions — with low minimums and a straightforward ordering process.

Not every screen is a popular phone or tablet. Point-of-sale terminals, fitness equipment consoles, test instruments, control panels, older devices, niche hardware — countless displays have no off-the-shelf protector available at all. Cut-to-size screen protection solves that: you tell us the dimensions, we cut the protector to fit.

This is the most flexible way to buy screen protection. No tooling commitment, no need for engineering drawings, and minimum order quantities low enough to make one-offs and small batches practical.

What we can cut

  • Any rectangular display — from small instrument screens to large-format panels.
  • Standard and non-standard sizes — if it has a screen, we can almost certainly cut a protector for it.
  • One-offs and small batches — a single replacement, or a handful for equipment across a site.
  • Repeat orders — once we've cut for a display, the dimensions are held on file for fast reordering.

How ordering works

01

Tell us the size

Send the display dimensions — width and height, and corner type if relevant. A photo of the device helps. No CAD drawing needed.

02

We quote

You get a quote with the material options, pricing at your quantity, and lead time. Response within 24 working hours.

03

We cut and ship

Your protectors are cut to size, checked, and shipped to you. For larger or critical orders we can send a sample first.

How to measure your screen

For a cut-to-size order, we need the visible display area — or, if you want edge-to-edge coverage, the full glass area of the device. Measure width and height in millimetres, and note whether the corners are square or rounded. If the corners are rounded, an approximate corner radius helps.

Measuring accurately is more important than it sounds — a few millimetres out and the protector won't sit right. We've written a full guide to measuring a screen correctly that walks through it step by step. For anything critical, we recommend ordering a single sample before committing to a larger quantity.

Not sure of the exact size? Send us the device make and model, or a photo with a ruler alongside the screen, and we can often work out the dimensions for you. For valuable or critical equipment, a sample order confirms the fit before you commit.

Materials available cut to size

  • Tempered glass — 9H hardness, the standard choice for high-contact displays like POS terminals and shared equipment.
  • PET film — lightweight and flexible, a lower-cost option for less demanding applications.
  • Anti-glare — matte finish for displays used in bright or outdoor conditions.
  • Privacy filters — viewing-angle restriction for displays showing sensitive information.

If you're not sure which to choose, our guide comparing tempered glass and PET film explains the trade-offs in plain terms.

Who cut-to-size works for

  • Small businesses protecting POS terminals, booking screens or office equipment.
  • Retailers with display hardware that didn't come with a protector.
  • Fitness and leisure operators protecting equipment consoles and interactive displays.
  • Hobby and specialist electronics users who need a protector for a non-standard build.
  • Anyone with a screen that no off-the-shelf protector fits.
Buying a single protector for a phone or tablet? For individual consumer devices, our retail brand is usually the quicker route — UK and international customers can shop at ScreenProtector.co.uk. Cut-to-size here is best for business displays, unusual hardware and batch orders.

Low minimums, quick turnaround

The point of cut-to-size is flexibility. Minimum order quantities are deliberately low — a single protector for an unusual display is a perfectly normal order. Lead times are short, because cut-to-size work doesn't require custom tooling. For larger or ongoing requirements, talk to us about volume pricing and held specifications for fast reordering.
